Marg I take this opportunity to thank you for your drive, patience and determination in the process of listing and selling my property. This was not the easiest task for you for the reason I left the country in the midst of the listing leaving you to deal with open homes etc. and also having to deal with an absent owner. We recently purchased a property with Marg Olliver and were impressed throughout the entire process. After three months of looking and making offers in the area, we became accustomed to agents who were unable to answer basic questions about the property and demanded best and final offers just hours after the first open home, only to be invited to 3+ more weeks of open homes. The property we purchased was well-presented and Marg knew all the information about the property including all appliances, features and work completed. It was clear Marg had a good relationship with the seller’s and had the latest information on the property. This allowed us to make an informed decision and be comfortable submitting an offer after the first open home. The seller's had particular conditions for sale, which were well-communicated to us and we engaged in a fair and reasonable negotiation. Marg’s clear communication and knowledge of the house and seller’s made us more receptive to accomodating the seller’s conditions, which I’m sure they would have appreciated. When we were unable to move in after the settlement date due to border restrictions, Marg kept an eye on the property and visited to make sure everything was OK. The purchasing process was complicated by issues on both our and the seller’s end. However, Marg made the process feel seamless and comfortable, in what could have otherwise been a stressful situation. As buyers, we highly recommend Marg as a selling agent. The home was immaculate in presentation and we left the open home with clear and honest answers, which was a first in our property search. In our extensive property search, we only encountered one other agent who we would consider engaging, but even they were not as thorough and well-informed as Marg. If all real estate agents had the same communication skills, knowledge and integrity as Marg, inspecting and buying a home would be a completely different process.

What a breath of fresh air to deal with an agent that actually cares what you sell for! Marg worked tirelessly, always kept us informed to achieve a record price for our side of the street!
