Well I certainly gave Margaret the challenge of a lifetime and she came through as I knew she would. This sale was marred with ups and downs and Margaret persevered when most Agents would have run a mile. She worked hard to finally secure a sale - she washed down the house - had viewings through torrential rain and handled a very difficult tenant who delayed viewings. She kept me up to date throughout the whole sale process, came and enjoyed a bottle of wine as a meet and greet and made selling a positive experience despite the hiccups. Margaret was selected as our agent due to her association to the second owner of Ladley Street and the great experience she had in purchasing her new home through Margaret. when we choose Margaret we asked her for her feedback on what would sell our property.
