To clarify, I communicated the information provided to me at the time — including that the property was expected to be vacant. The final circumstances at settlement were determined by the vendor and were unfortunately outside my direct control.
That said, I understand how frustrating settlement issues can be, and I genuinely regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. I always aim to act transparently and in good faith for all parties involved.
