My wife and I engaged Margaret to sell our apartment in Maribyrnong in October of 2024, after a withdrawn sale attempt through another agent 18 months earlier. Despite challenging market conditions, Margaret remained steadfast & tenacious in her efforts to secure a buyer for our unit, eventually securing a buyer at a price that exceeded another recent sale in the same block, for the same type of apartment. The final sale price out-performed our previous agents' best offer by tens of thousands of dollars. Margaret remained in constant communication with us, providing updates on the sales process as it went along, and remained transparent in her dealings with potential buyers and where they were at.
