I can't really comment on Margaret's market knowledge on account of my lack of market knowledge and therefore being unable to compare it but I can say that I absolutely trusted her and the information she provided to me. She often gave me updates on how similar properties were faring with their sales. She knew that selling my house was a traumatic experience for me and was sensitive to my situation. She was always pleasant and professional and she did well considering I couldn't afford much marketing. I was very impressed that my house sold so quickly, given the current market. I will be recommending her to friends when they are ready to sell their houses.

After we went through the floods in February we had to move out of our rental property , and during this stressful times we met Margaret. She had a lot of empathy with us and we moved in to our current home. We knew the property was on the market and after living in it we contacted Margaret to negotiate on our behalf to buy. Regardless, she was patient and worked quietly behind the scenes on my behalf, knowing my schedule and having established my preferences thoroughly prior to the house going on the market.
