First time I met Margaret was several years ago when I brought my second home. My thoughts were, I haven't dealt with an agent like her before. She was firm, but fair. After purchasing my second house through Margaret I was needing to sell my current house, so I went straight to Margaret who was more than happy to take on the new listing, and walk me through the process accordingly. Now the latest dealings with Margaret was selling the second house that had been newly renovated and to say the least it was a challenge, but Margaret did her thing and it was another successful transaction.
