Margaret, recognised what our hopes and wishes were for a new home on our first meeting and had a couple of immediate recommendations, one of which was ideal. Having recently moved to Newcastle, we had been casually looking for a year and actively searching for a couple of months but had been unable to locate a property that would match up with our expectations. Nor had we found an agent that was proactive as Margaret was as she added value to our search by identifying multiple realisitc options. Margaret was also most empathetic when a couple of hurdles arose through the sale process and was a clear and concise communicator. She is a true New Lambton local and a most enthusiastic advocate and guide to what the suburb offers. Highly recommended.
