I found Marg's verbal communication skills great but her written skills are lacking, quite blunt and almost rude in one particular email. We had agreed to negotiate the commission % upon sale (Marg's suggestion as I wanted to agree a rate prior to sale). Once a contract had been issued I asked Marg to negotiate the rate and she responded as if we had never discussed negotiating. The response was quite childish and unprofessional.

Marg and her team made that transaction very easy and efficient.
