I’m so sorry to hear about your unhappy experience. That was truly not my intention.
I really appreciate your feedback, and hope you give me the opportunity to make it right!
I would also like to take this chance to comment on some of your points…
1. failed to disclose important information.
I disclosed ALL information that was provided to me by the seller and other sources available. I am not aware of anything that was not disclosed or advised to you.
I take this responsibility very seriously. I am a personal member, and my agency is an Accredited Agency member of the REIQ (Real Estate Institute QLD). As the peak body representing real estate in Queensland, the REIQ provides Standards of Business Practice which are binding for REIQ Accredited Agencies. The Standards outline the ethical and professional conduct in dealing with clients, consumers, and other agents, to which I adhere.
2. down right mosey (I think you meant nosey)…
My apologies if I came across as nosey to you. As a real estate agent, qualifying buyers and asking lots of questions is part of my job. I need to ask about your income and finances, other properties or assets that you need to sell before you can buy, whether the property is intended for owner occupy, investment, business, farming, livestock, subdivision or even development. I need to ensure that I match the right purchaser to the property.
I have tried to contact you over the last few days, leaving several voice and text messages, but unfortunately I haven’t heard back from you.
Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions, or if there is anything I can do to help remedy your experience.
Kind Regards,
Margaret McFillin.
