I am not one to normally write reviews however this is an exceptional circumstance. Margaret sold my unit in what can only be described as a tough market. I had the unit previously listed with another agent and after 3 months of little traction decided to change to Margaret. Within two weeks I had sold the apartment. Whilst this is impressive in itself, I was most impressed with Margaret's organized and methodical style. I am in the development industry and am definitely what you would call a "tough" client for a potential agent representing me. Margaret had all the answers, she knew the market and was thinking outside the box as to how to appeal to buyers in a tougher market. She also would go the extra mile by printing out flyers (given I capped the marketing budget) and spending the time and effort letter box dropping in her time. Margaret also proved to be an experienced negotiator getting me the price I wanted whilst dealing with more than one interested party. I would definitely recommend Margaret to potential vendors, she is intelligent, organized and driven.
