One of the last large properties in Kalamunda successfully sold by Margie Reid.

The sale of this property was a long and difficult process, starting some 2 years before Margie took control. Many issues arose, including questions regarding boundaries, high fire rating and interference by a neighbour, etc. There were a number of potential buyers who dropped out along the way, before the property was finally sold. Margie's approach was always positive and professional, handling all communication and questions very well. Once the offer was accepted things proceeded efficiently and quickly to finalisation. Although we had to agree to drop our target selling price, due to personal circumstances, we are pleased with the outcome.
