First National managed my house when it was a rental and I was very happy with them. Margo Taggart was my agent when I sold it, and I was very happy with her dedication, communication and professionalism. Unfortunately my experience did not end on a high note, as it looked like the settlement was not going to happen by the deadline. Margo rang me and pressured me to let the tenants move in regardless as they had given notice to their landlord and were in a fix. This would have exposed me to enormous risk. I was unhappy with the way I was spoken to and made to feel unreasonable for refusing. It was very sad to finish on such a low note.
