Margot was very difficult to deal with after the sale. Basically she kept saying things are out of her hands. Had to follow up many times to get even a very unhelpful response. Pretended as if she doesn’t know what happens at final inspection, after a sale etc. she did not take responsibility, we felt that we were ignored. She promised a lot when she spoke but failed to deliver. Terrible service. Will never use Margot or her agency or recommend to anyone.
