I recently bought my first home through Maria Bellas as an agent. Maria Bellas is a delightful, young, and attractive agent. She is professional and efficient yet bubbly and friendly. From the very beginning I thought Maria had the right attitude and caring nature to have what it takes to be a good real estate agent and everything I've seen from then has proven it. Maria is an attentive, driven, and competent agent. Every request I made was fulfilled capably and in a timely manner. She makes a special effort to get things done despite how busy she is. She made special requests with the vendor to suit my needs and her negotiation skills are very useful. All the while, she let me know exactly what was happening. I thought the process of buying a house would be all groans and bills but Maria made it an absolute pleasure. I'm happy to have dealt with and met Maria for my first home purchase.
