House sale in Darch

We got to know Maria via one of her other listed properties, unfortunately we were unable to secure that one before it was sold, however Maria listed our place and did alot of research for the area as she normally sells closer to the coast and much more expensive and desirable suburbs. The online photos and ad were excellent showcasing all the features of our house which was above average in size and extra features compared to houses in the area. House was sold accordingly in a poor real estate market.
