Maria and her team have been absolutely wonderful in recently selling our unit. Can’t speak highly enough on how professional Maria and her team have been. Nothing was a problem. Top marks

Maria and her team from Stone were simply amazing from beginning to end with the sale of our beloved home. Their guidance and assistance to two complete novices in the world of real estate was second to none. Our heartfelt thanks go to Maria and the Stone team for everything they did to make this rather emotional and stressful task so much easier.

We know all the agents in Seaforth and surrounding areas and Maria is by far the hardest working agent. No other agent puts in the amount of work to get the best deal for the "seller". I would only ever recommend her to anyone wishing to sell.

Quick and painless purchase with great advice from Maria and Julian.

We recently purchased a property listed by Maria. She was honest, informative and transparent from the start and spent time listening and understanding our needs which lead to a smooth and fair sale for all parties.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with and the service provided by Maria Cassarino and her team at Stone Real Estate, Seaforth. Now aged in my 80s and having lived in the property for over 50 years I was very apprehensive about not only the sale, but the work which would have to be done to make the property more market attractive. My apprehension was quite unnecessary. I could not have been more satisfied with all the help, advice and assistance provided by Maria and her team Julian Rowe, Jane Bramma and Amber Ross. Each team member knew exactly what their role was in the process and each achieved what had to be done without fuss and at all times with confidence and full appreciation towards my best interests. I could not have done without Maria and her team and I am so glad I approached Maria in the first instance to make enquries about selling the property. The confidence shown by Maria at our first meeting combined with her skills and knowledge impressed me so much that any thought I might have had discussing my situation with another agent disappeared and I had no doubt Maria would deliver my expectations commensurate with market conditions at the time. In my working life I had experience on a number of Company Boards including being Chairman of a number so I am a hard marker. I am delighted to say Maria and her team passed every test with flying colours, at all times being helpful and co-operative and I couldn't have done without them. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Maria Cassarino (Partner and Licensee in Charge) of Stone Real Estate Seaforth for any real estate matters and you will experience absolute gold plated service from Maria and her team.

Maria and her fantastic team were an enormous help getting our house ready for sale after we unexpectedly bought a new home. We didn’t have much time and they hit the ground running and made the whole thing as stress free as possible. We were delighted by the result - after only a week on the market we had sold! Maria’s strategic approach meant that we were able to secure the sale early and at a price that exceeded our expectations!

A trustworthy no nonsense agent.

Professional, up front, excellent communications and cares. No hesitation in recommending Maria and her team at Stone.

This is my third significant property sale and the first 2 put me off Real Estate agents completely. I am afraid I viewed them as a necessary evil. I would have to say that dealing with Maria and her team has changed that opinion. Maria and her team made the experience as easy and stress free as it could be and achieved a very acceptable result for us. It seemed nothing was too hard and everything got done without drama. Thanks to Maria and her team at Stone Seaforth for making the sale of the home as pleasant an experience as it is possible to be. My only regret is I don't have another property in Seaforth to let her list!

We were happy with professionalism and results arising from our relationship with Maria and her colleagues
