Beyond expectations for support, service and outcome

In prep to the sale of my property I've met with 5 different prominent Real estate agents in my areas and I selected Stone and Maria as Agent largely due to her deep knowledge of the local market, her demonstrated expertise in preparational work pre-launch, marketing approach and lastly her conducive personality. It was apparent from the onset that this decision was correct: Maria's guidance on the prep work, her team availability and cordiality in project managing the work and the end result exceed my expectations. during the campaign, her communication was excellent with detailed information and her ability to distil key messages as the campaign progressed. I felt that Maria continuously offered a bespoke and tailored approach toward my property without being yet another transaction in her portfolio. She has recommended - and always explained the rationale - of the different techniques and approaches during the sale, especially toward the pointy end of the sale in order to achieve the best possible outcome. The final result of the sale price exceeded my expectations and to this date I wonder how and what she must have managed in the background to achieve this result. Equally and perhaps more importantly than the above, a significant stand out for Stone and Maria in particular, is that I felt Maria was actually being a property consultant and not merely focused on the sale. She identified several opportunities to easily improve the presentation of the house and implemented those changes. That proved to be very significant to the end result. Additionally, she remained consistently involved in every detailed pertaining to the sale and beyond. Maria continuously remained in contact and present with me after the sale sharing with me several insights on the market from both sale and purchase of property (my next move), which went far beyond what i would expect from a real estate agent tasked with the sale of my property.
