Maria helped the reviewer sell this property

Professional

Maria's professional approach and great advice delivered a great result. She delivered on what she said she would do with a timely outcome. She kept us well informed at all times and offered practical advice to optimise our sale. We have bought and sold a lot of properties over the years and there is one word that best sums up Maria - Professional. The team behind Maria is equally great to deal with. They provided introductions to a great external stylist company, The Styling Project that after they finished styling, we almost wanted to buy our own home. Lauren and Alicia on her team were excellent communicators and are really easy to deal with. Finally, Kirsty and her back-office team deserve a mention for their prompt follow up and availability. Negotiations with the buyers, a local family, were efficient and we were kept informed as it progressed. I suspect even the buyer recognized that Maria was a straight talker. Well done Stone team on a great result Paull & Gay Betts
