We're first home buyers and I just visited this house two days after I arrived in Newcastle. I came to the inspection to learn that the house was already under offer. Maria explained to me the situation and told me if the buyer cannot get their loan approved in time, the house would be back on market again. I really liked the house but have a little hope that it will be available again. But one week later, this did happen and I had a chance to give my offer to the house that I love. Before Christmas I contacted Maria to discuss and expedite the sale of a home in Elermore Vale. Maria suggested a sales strategy culminating in an on site auction last month.
