From the basic (returned my initial call in minutes which would have been an unknown number) through to helping sort contract details and getting immediate responses from the vendors solicitors, when we were against the clock. Maria provided solutions I hadn’t thought of and was authentic, approachable and practical throughout. This was my first home purchase and to say I knew nothing was an understatement. The only reason it kept on track was with Maria and Noel’s professional advice and assistance.

Noel was exceptional. Took my initial call and was very helpful with all the details and guidance. Went out of his way to lock in a private viewing and explained every step clearly and honestly. Quite simply took the stress out and made it happen!
