The sale of my home at the start of Covid 19 with Maria Peirce has been nothing short of excellent. From her support, the unknown during Covid 19, excellent service, up to date feedback, communication and just that human touch of friendliness, care and never give up attitude. Even after sale of the home her support and care go way beyond what I thought a Real Estate Agent would give, I would not consider another Agent due to Maria's professional and caring nature. Highly recommend this amazing lady.

Maria has been absolutely brilliant from the very start. We live in Melbourne, but have bought a house in Brisbane during the COVID-19 drama, which meant that we couldn't travel to Brisbane to view properties. Maria went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we needed (that we would 'normally' have seen during a viewing) and then some. After the contracts were signed, she then offered to help be at the house for all the little things that are ideally done prior to moving in (and that we were unable to do in the circumstances), eg measuring and fitting of window furnishings, etc. I have no hesitation in recommending Maria to anyone in need of a trustworthy realestate agent with integrity.

We have bought through Maria previously and knew of her consistent record in the suburb and street through several decades. Thus she was the ideal choice when we chose to sell off market. We wanted someone discrete and with a network of buyers to avoid the disturbance and invasion of privacy that comes with open homes. Maria is pragmatic and doesnt distort reality on expectations. We went to contract in one week. If you want a straightforward agent without all the hubris/self promotion and a great track record then we thoroughly endorse Maria.
