We selected Maria to sell our property based on online reviews, word of mouth and after an initial meeting where we were impressed with her knowledge and transparency of the process and costs. Our property went on the market immediately prior to the COVID 19 shut down making it an extra-ordinarily difficult time to sell. We also live interstate so were not able to be 'hands on' with the sale. Maria managed everything on our behalf, including arranging garden and cleaning maintenance of the property. Whilst it was not an ideal time to sell, Maria did an excellent job at getting us a good result.
