We purchased this property from Marianne, 4 years ago. Her agency managed our purchase and transition to full rental management with no issues, supplying a very satisfactory service for the 4 years of renting. Marianne came in very quickly after purchase, with tenants who were able to pay the rental price that she advised to be possible during the purchase negotiations. This is often a real trap for new players and it is certainly not always guaranteed, as how many times do you hear sales person tell you it will rent for $900 p/w, just to find out that only $800 p/w is achievable after sale. Marianne knew the market well and was always very helpful and honest with solid local market advise. When it came time to sell, Marianne was on point again, achieving very close to our target price and when all things are considered; from purchase to property management and then on to re-sale, I cannot imagine anyone or team achieving a better result than what Marianne and her great team at First Meridian achieved for us with our property in Kellyville .
