This woman is a tiny, petite dynamo. Don't let her small size put you off. If there's a chance of selling your house, you want Marianne on your side. Not only does she speak four languages, her demeanour is unassuming, however she's listening to everything you have to say. Marianne was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately the market in which I sold my house was not. Even so, Marianna managed to get a fair price in a very difficult situation.
Amazing work , Perfect negotiations and earn respect from both side sellers and buyer , hard work , after hours appointment , day and night and weekend Saturday and Sunday, follow up with both side to secure deals , excellent organizer and helps with others things such as inspection and building inspection or termites inspection and follow up with all tradesman and party . Good adviser I had bad experience with real eastate in the past but Marianne change my view. 5 Stars fir Marianne for sure and strongly recommend and definitely use Marianne again .
Her knowledge of Leeming including what our home was likely to sell for was excellent. Some agencies can tend to either inflate or under value just to get a listing but we had trust with Marianne that our price expectations were achievable. To achieve offer in less than 14 days exceeded our expectations in a tight market.
