She doesn't have any patience and professional attitude when communicating with clients. In the case of insufficient communication in the early stage, unreasonable accusations are made to customers. In the process of buying the house, the agent did not provide any documentation preparation support. She was very rude during the docking process and refused to provide relevant information to the broker.
