From the minute Marie arrived at our property we could see what a professional Real Estate Agent she was, she had conducted research on our property and knew the the current market of the area. As well as being prepared she was honest in her appraisal and didn’t tell us what we wanted to hear just to get the listing and this integrity was the key reason my husband and I decided to list through her. From the listing to the eventual sale of the property Marie was not only very involved but went above and beyond for us and made us feel as though this was the only property she had on her books. There wasn’t a point in the sale when we couldn’t get hold of her and no question that was too big or too small for her to answer. The only downside to working with Marie is that she has now set the bench mark for what we expect in an Agent and with us being on the other side of the transaction (buying a property in another area) we are constantly disappointed with the level of service we receive.
