Marie has been my agent in Moranbah for many years in buying and selling and handling my rentals properties without any hitches at all over the years. Actually I am an agent my self and would never consider dealing with other agents in town ( of whom I will not mention,) because she is a very hard worker, can negotiate very well and has been honest and trustworthy with my with my dealings over many years. Marie has great staff that handle rentals efficiently and will always keep in touch promptly if any issues arise as i have always kept my properties up to date for the tenants, and have always got excellent rental returns and capital gains.
