Marie helped the reviewer sell this property

Marie went above and beyond as our agent

Marie did an absolutely fantastic job as our agent. She managed to achieve a great price for us during a time that interest rates were rising and there was heightened market uncertainty. This was a testament to her strong work ethic in presenting the apartment and fielding queries from multiple prospective buyers. She was proactive throughout the whole process and kept us informed (we never had to wonder where things were at). She strongly advocated for our apartment and never pressured us to settle for a price that was lower than our expectations. Marie was professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering the sale of their home.
