Professional nice personality

Marie was a joy to work with. Highly professional and communicative with resounding knowledge of the local area and of the process; the latter part being incredibly valuable for my wife and I give we were first home buyers. Marie guided and supported us through the process step by step and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We first met Marie upon inspecting the property. It was the first of many! We loved it, but were keeping our options open, so continued to look at other options. We in turn actually placed an offer on another location, but in the end that fell through (thankfully) and late on a Sunday night we phoned Marie back to enquire if our now home was still on the market. To our joy, Marie answered the phone and knew who we were by name, and a couple of days later she had the paperwork in hand while we did our second inspection. Marie liaised with the previous owner and tenant to ensure as smooth a transition as possible and was always such a pleasure to deal with in every way. She was also very fair in her estimation of what would be a reasonable purchase price compared to the listed price. I would not hesitate to utilise her magnificent services again, and I highly recommend her to anyone out there seeking to purchase or lease a property. She's trust worthy and always shows that she holds your interests front and centre. I think she must have been doing this for some time as she was just so relaxed with each and every aspect, and that was so wonderful given how stressful a home purchase can be. Marie was excellent deal with and answered all questions we had in a very timely manner. We were first home builders and nothing was too hard for Marie to answer. Highly recommended.

Marie has a no pressure style, she was relaxed yet knowledgeable about the home and it's features. We knew immediately it was right for us but in the process of the sale, Marie provided us with help re finance, when our own broker failed us. Now we're in our forever home & look forward to recommending Marie to our family & friends in future.
