Marie went over and above to exceed her role as an agent when I purchased a house from her. As the owners were no longer living in the house, I asked for early access two weeks before settlement to have painting internally done, fresh carpets laid in the bedrooms and new flooring in the dual living area. She was extremely accommodating to my needs and the owners were exceptional allowing this to occur before settlement also. Naturally, it was a benefit for the owners to have this done, if settlement didn't go through. Marie was attentive and understood my needs and delivered results for me which I was beyond grateful for. I have purchased property from Marie for over 20 years in the Greater Noosa Area. At times i have not been loyal when it came time to purchasing, purely for the reason that she didn't have what i needed at the time. However when i went to sell this time just for sport i looked at a number of other agents & wow. What a circus some of them operate in.
