An excellent, insightful, hard-working agent!

After some previous bad experiences with agents my wife and I were very careful and only interested in an agent with integrity, a successful track record and extensive local knowledge. We selected a short list of agents from the web, contacted them all with a list of questions on these criteria and asking for answers. Marie was selected and she lived up to her responses. She was fantastic! Communicative, providing excellent advice in a courteous manner and right on the edge of the downturn she got us a sale at the price we wanted within the expected time-frame. You couldn't ask for more! We hope to purchase again in the same area and we will be contacting Marie first.
