I have brought & sold many properties. Marie is by far the best agent I have dealt with. Very knowledgeable, personable & great communication. Marie went out of her way to help fix minor repairs herself & added some personal touches to make the property more appealing. Marie also met tradesman, liaised with services when our tenant moved out. A lovely person who was passionate about selling our property & getting the best price possible. Marie got a price well over what a lot of local agents advised. We initially hesitated about getting an agent from another area but it was the best decision we made. We selected Marie from E-View even though this was not in her usual area as we felt her energy and genuine enthusiasm as she was evaluating our Property. She did not disappoint, her knowledge, skills, commitment, she truly went above and beyond to sell our property. She was very supportive as the property was vacant, due to being an investment property, helped organise an stylist to dress the property, she opened blinds, turned on the aircon, opened windows, wiped down or swept the veranda, that the property always looked great and even recommended a Conveyor, who we also used and was easy to deal with. We really appreciated all her honesty and communication. Even due to a declining market we had a few offers. We would definitely use her again and highly recommend her, if you are looking for an honest Agent.
