Marie is very friendly and approachable, not question is a silly question. I found Maries to be very accurate with property estimation> She is very good at picking up on things that need to be improved to add value to property. Marie has a large pool of contacts, makes it easier to target potential buyers looking in the area. Very important, Marie would always get back to you. In my case I was selling a rental property, Marie was very good at co-ordinating with the tenant to lesson the inconvenience and ensure minimal disruption.
