Marie helped the reviewer sell this property

Great agent !!!

Selling our family home of 15 years was an exciting and emotional task and it was important to find an agent that will get us the best result, but also be able to connect with us on personal level. After extensive research and meeting three agents, one outside Endeavour Hills and two based in Endeavour Hills, we decided to go with Marie McMaster from Nichols Glendhill. Not only have they been in the area for a long time and have a deep understanding of the local market, but their approach to pricing and marketing was very competitive, and tailored to present our property in the best light. In my opinion they value clients and the property they are selling, and this was something we didn’t experience with the other local agent. The house sold in the first week after it was put on the market and above asking price. I can not complement Marie and the team enough for their outstanding work.
