When we called Marilyn about another house I wanted to view, she immediately arranged an inspection. She came out the day before to talk us through the process of buying and selling property simultaneously and made it so easy. Marilyn has a calm nature which transferred over to us and we felt immediately at ease. We put an offer in on the first home we looked at, and Marilyn came by to our house the next day to take photos of ours to sell. She even took pics of my piglet and blew them up for me! Marilyn worked tirelessly and when my home didn't sell as quickly as I'd hoped, she comforted me while i cried. The seller couldn't wait for us to sell our home and took it off the market- I was so despondent. When my home did sell for the price we needed a little bit later, she called him and somehow he reconsidered and we got our home!
