Marilyn is nothing short of impressive. She’s empathetic, honest, transparent, kind, hard working and knowledgeable. Her communication between all parties is to be commended and there is no one else I’d have sell my properties. This is the second time in less than a year I’ve had the pleasure of choosing Marilyn to represent the sale of an investment and now my own home and I have also referred her to many friends and family and will continue to do so. She negotiates brilliantly and works tirelessly for her vendors and also is very caring to all parties involved. One very impressive lady right here. Great agent. Even better human.
