Marilyn is outgoing and bubbly in personality, and also obtains extensive market knowledge which allowed me to sell my house at a competitive price that mustered a large audience of buyers and interest. Her market knowledge, coupled with her high energy and passion for her job, allowed me to get the best outcome on the sale of my home. Marilyn has sold 2 of my homes over the past few years and I cannot fault her on anything throughout the years.
