Over promised but didn't deliver

Property was sold with Josh & Marin. We were promised from the beginning that they could "100%" sell it a price we wanted. However, during the course of the campaign, high-pressured tactics were done to try lower our reserve. We felt stressed throughout the whole campaign. While the final result was a suburb record for a 4-bedroom townhouse in Plumpton, we feel there are things we would approach differently. We appreciate Josh and Marin’s enthusiasm and commitment, but the experience left us with mixed feelings.
