I have sold properties before, but this was the most enjoyable and positive experience. After my first couple of conversations with Marina, I felt at ease and confident that everything would be taken care of, even though the property I wanted to sell was in Qld and I live in Vic. It was clear that Marina had a vast amount of experience in her profession and was very knowledgeable. Since I had tenants in my house and needed to do some repairs and upgrades before listing it for sale, I found the information and options Marina gave me on how I go about doing that very useful and it put to rest any concerns I had. I quickly realized I did not even need to fly up to Qld to take care of anything. Marina did not just sell a house for me, she co-ordinated everything through her network of people from the Rental Agent to the Maintenance and Repair contacts.
