My experience started with Marino about 12 months ago. When we first started talking about selling the property, i felt completely comfortable with Marino and he was more like a FRIEND AND IT MADE THE EXPERIENCE SO MUCH MORE EASY. SO INITIALLY I JUST WANTED TO GET AN IDEA OF HOW MUCH THE PROPERTY WAS WORTH. AT THE TIME I MARINO I'M NOT READY TO SELL JUST THEN. I ALSO LIKED THE WAY MARINO WAS SO HELPFUL WITH EVERY ASPECT OF HIS WORK. SO SAID TO MARINO WHEN I'M READY TO SELL HE WILL BE THE FIRST PERSON I'M GOING TO CALL. SO WE KEPT IN TOUCH THE WHOLE TIME AND AT NO TIME DID MARINO TRY TO GET ME SELL THE PROPERTY TILL THE RIGHT TIME CAME FOR ME. SO JUST RECENTLY MY FINANCIAL ADVISER SAID NOWS THE TIME TO SELL THE PROPERTY. SO I RANG MARINO UP STRAIGHT AWAY AND TOLD WE CAN SELL THE PROPERTY. AS LUCK WOULD HAVE IT, MARINO ALREADY HAD SOMEONE WHO WAS VERY INTERESTED IN BUYING THE PROPERTY. WHICH HAS NOW HAPPENED. MARINO DID A LOT OF THESE NEGOTIATIONS WHILE HE WAS ON AN OVERSEAS TRIP. MARINO HAS BEEN TRULY OUTSTANDING IN HIS JOB, WORKING ABOVE AND BEYOND HIS JOB. I PERSONALLY KNOW I HAVE A GOOD FRIEND FOR LIFE. HIS MARKET KNOWLEDGE, COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM IS SECOND TO NONE. MARINO HAS BEEN SENSATIONAL TO WORK WITH AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARINO TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO SELL A PROPERTY.
