We were drawn to Merino through all the positive reviews on this site and his (rightful) place at the top. Our initial engagement with him, was only for an appraisal, with no real prospect of a sale contract. Even then, he stood out among the other agents, with the thoroughly researched and detailed appraisal email he sent to us. Two months later, we contacted Merino again, to sell the property. Turns out, he had already canvassed his list of contacts and was confident of a quick offer. Within two days we had that excellent offer! In two weeks we had an outstanding offer, we agreed to accept! The whole process was very straightforward and smooth. Merinos communication was terrific, and we genuinely enjoyed our conversations. He worked hard and fast, getting us the best possible outcome. We honestly felt like we were his only client. He took care of every detail with all the relevant parties. In contrast to many of our previous dealings with other agents in years past, our experience with Merino was faultless. He deserves every accolade he receives.
