Great communicator with good perseverance

Our first auction fell through with only one bid under the reserve. Mario and his team persisted, suggesting a second auction, and kept us up to date with open inspections and interested buyers, ultimately getting the place sold at a price we were happy with. Considering the current market, I think this was an outstanding achievement that should be congratulated.
