Proactive, transparent and persistent - Mario delivered despite a challenging market!

Mario was helpful and super proactive from the very start of our campaign! Eager to help our situation and try for the best result possible. He lead the way with complete transparency and fantastic communication throughout. We hit some hurdles along the way with major global issues arising, sudden market changes, interest rate rises and worse, uncertain building defects which did hinder our campaign and affect confidence in buyers. Mario stayed the course, he continued to push through with our ideals in mind and didn't lose momentum. He was very encouraging and continued to push for the right buyer regardless of the grim/unrealistic offers we were getting from buyers trying their luck in a desperate market. In the end, Mario managed to pull through, and in staying patient and believing in the true value of our property, despite outside issues or the opinions of potential buyers trying their luck at low ball offers, Mario managed to get the sale for the asking price. We are very pleased with the result and grateful for his efforts!
