Positive experience

Overall, we had a positive experience with the team. Everyone was friendly and professional, and we were particularly impressed with the beautiful aerial photography and the quality of the marketing materials. While we appreciate the team’s efforts throughout the campaign, we were somewhat disappointed with the final sale price, especially as it was lower than we had hoped for. My mother, in particular, was quite disappointed with the outcome. We also feel that clearer discussions about the marketing costs and associated fees at the beginning of the engagement would have made the overall experience more satisfying. That said, we are grateful for the team’s hard work, communication and efforts in helping us achieve a successful sale.
