Got a house from our young dude. He was great from the get-go until the end. He was prompt in his comms. Never had to wait for him. I needed a variation from the original contact to accommodate for my preferred building inspector. He could have easily declined to do it but rather was very prompt in getting it written and signed by both myself and the seller. Always acted in an unbiased manner. Never felt like he was more supportive of the seller. Was always happy to answer any questions, move dates, etc. He did even go above and beyond in helping with answers to some of my questions. Was nice to liaise with the Building inspectors as well, even though the inspection was rescheduled once. He drove a Mazda dual cab ute, which he owned, instead of a leased Merc Benz like many other Real estate agents. Any flaws (if I have to): For the pre-settlement inspection, he didn't bring the set of keys to all locks around the house. It did give us some grief, but not a major one. Overall: I wish he was my real estate agent every time I had to buy a house. A genuine gentleman.
