It was our first time selling a property and Mario guided us through the process from start to finish. He has solid knowledge of the market which gave us confidence through out the sale process. On our first inspection day we arranged an appointment with Mario, this first apartment did not feel right for us; however, after chatting with Mario, he suggested we view a different apartment that was not even on our list. Luckily we did, because this is the apartment we ended up purchasing and Mario could tell from our short interaction that it would suit our needs and just feel right.
