Mario was good to purchase through. Not everything was perfect with the apartment, but he didn't try to ignore or deflect the minor issues as i've experienced with other agents. He also pulled strings to get power to the property for a building and pest inspection that we'd requested for only a few days later. When the time comes to sell we'll be in touch with Mario.
