Professional, polite, and very extensive knowledge of the area, plus a significant database of potential buyers. Good at working with buyers but not so communicative with vendor. You have to be prepared to trust him without having the details. Having said that, he got the job done and that is the ultimate goal. I appreciated his expertise and he was always very professional.
