Excellent result

I have sold numerous properties over the years, and I would have to say that the communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and far exceeded any previous experiences. I was continually updated throughout the open inspection period, receiving a call after each open. I was also invited to a weekly debrief on progress. I did feel like the agent was trying to talk down my expectations prior to Auction, but in the end I took his advice by lowering my reserve. On the day I reduced reserve by 30k, but ended up achieving a result of 55k over my original expectations, so everyone was happy. Great work Mario. I would highly recommend and will use again if selling in the area.
