I was thinking very long and hard about this review, but I am still not sure I have the right words to describe our experience with Marion, whom we commissioned to sell our rural property. From Day 1 she gave sound, honest advice about pricing, presentation, marketing, etc. Nothing was hidden and nothing was too much trouble. The property is located about 12km from the CBD but she thought nothing of making sure she can meet prospective buyers there, walk the property with them and calling me directly when answers were required. Whenever some hiccup occurred, she just pushed her efforts into a higher gear and pressed on. We are very grateful for her open, honest and ongoing communication. We met Marion, while we were in the process of purchasing initially. Then we contacted her when it came time to sell because she had built up a rapport with us. She was always friendly and approachable, towards us and our children. Our sale was a little out of the ordinary because of financial reasons and Marion assisted us with all aspects along the way. Giving advice on improvements to present the property better and providing props for photographs to improve our listing. She was even fielding phone calls from me about matters, that really weren't up to her to assist with, but she did so willingly. Providing advise and recommendations and pointing us in the right direction wherever she could. I am very pleased to write this review on the work, effort and final sale of our property in Alice Springs. It is a hard market to work in given the size of the population and finding the right people to buy your property at times can be a challenge. We decided to move across to Marion after some initial problems with another Agent. Marion worked hard to ensure that every thing about the property was well presented and provided us with advice on appearance including furniture display and garden appearance. This enable her to do the best presentation of the property on line throughout the "sales" time. Her enthusiasm flowed vibrantly and on the first showing was able to engage with a young couple who eventually brought the property. Having said that Marion went out of her way to provide information, investigate and address any concerns and was open to any queries made by the clients.
